Store Policies

We meticulously produce personalized goods for each customer.  All items are made to order.  Most Items will be shipped within three to five business days after payment is processed.  Full payment is required prior to the start of any work (no exceptions).  Deposits are non-refundable. Once approval and full payment is received from the customer, production of the item(s) will commence.

Payments can be made in cash, Cashapp with our handle ($SharedFaithDesigns), and via all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).  Checks will not be accepted. All of our items are custom; therefore, NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

We will do our best to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly contact customer service for assistance.

All images are pre-approved prior to production and will not be changed.  The client is responsible for proofreading all custom merchandise, to include all text, images, and numbers prior to production. Any changes made after approval will incur additional fees from the customer.
